La region of Cusco has a rich eco system that produces more than 1,200 varieties of potato that vary by size, color and shape, with a unique texture and extraordinary flavor. We will begin in Huayllabamba and will go through quinoa, giant corn and pototo fields. At this place we will taste the variety of native potatoes that are grown in this area. We will also enjoy artisan drinks made with natural and exotic ingredients, we will try the “chicha” made of corn since Inca era.
