SONCHE CANYON

We will go first to Huancas town where we will visit the main plaza, the church and craft market.  Then, we will continue to the View point at Sonche River Canyon. From this mirador you can admire the varied and wild geography that is part of the Amazonian Andes. In Huanca Urco Canyon we can see the Gocta Waterfall, the archaeological zone of Pueblo de los Muertos and Utcubamba Canyon. On the way back, we will stop at Mirador de Luya Urco from where we will have an exceptional view of the Chachapoyas city.  We end this day with a visit to Yanayacu well known as the Fountain of Love.
