LIMA AND ITS FLAVOURS

We will visit a local market to show you a vast array of food products like: tubers, potatoes, sweet potatoes, lemons, chili peppers, maca, yacón, vegetables, seafood, variety of fish and exotic fruits such as camu-camu, aguaymanto, mangoes, guanaba, chirimoya, cacao and avocado.  We will have the opportunity to taste these incredible fruits. We will continue this experience accompanied by an experienced chef who will wait for us at the restaurant to teach us to prepare the typical cebiche and the Pisco Sour, the Peruvian national drink.
